Supply Chain Manufacturing and Distribution Engineering Senior Director, GOJO Industries
Stephanie Onderko is a lifelong learner and driven leader with a passion for bringing people together to solve difficult problems. She joined GOJO in 2011 and has held the roles of Supply Chain Automation and Systems director, Controls Engineering Manager, and Electrical Engineer. In her current role as Supply Chain Manufacturing and Distribution Engineering Senior Director, she is responsible for leading engineering and project management teams in the identification and advancement of appropriate automation, systems, technology, and processes to build future capability within supply chain and achieve max return on new and existing assets. Stephanie is a graduate of the University of Akron, where she received a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and is actively pursuing her MBA from Carnegie Mellon Tepper School of Business. When not at work or school, you can find her living her best life with her husband Pete and four children, Olivia, Zoey, Levi, and Sabrina.
