Integration of building traffic monitoring and a redesigned GOJO® SMARTLINK™ Service Alerts mobile application are just a few of the updates to this GOJO technology.
GOJO, the inventors of PURELL® Hand Sanitizer and the leading global producer and marketer of skin health and hygiene solutions for away-from-home settings, has introduced enhancements to its GOJO® SMARTLINK™ Service Alerts technology and software including an updated mobile application and traffic monitoring.
Since launching SMARTLINK™ Service Alerts earlier this year, GOJO has used customer feedback to evolve the platform to ensure it has the features customers need and utilize the most. This includes a new Wi-Fi-based infrastructure to provide a simplified network and an easier installation experience. In addition, the enhanced redesign of the Service Alerts mobile application includes a summary dashboard, which provides a complete system overview, as well as filtering options to accommodate various workplaces and predictive refill information. The mobile application is available on Apple, Android and Windows operating systems.
Traffic monitoring has also been added, which gives facility management the ability to integrate restroom traffic monitoring information into the system to provide critical data for proactive servicing and streamlining of workflows. This helps to ensure soap, hand sanitizer and other consumables are stocked and operational.

SMARTLINK™ Service Alerts is designed to provide a facility’s staff with real-time monitoring of refill status, battery life, communication and dispenser status for GOJO dispensers. This new technology improves operational efficiencies by saving labor time and costs and provides enhanced inventory management, which results in reduced product waste. SMARTLINK™ Service Alerts is compatible with select wall-mount and counter-mount GOJO dispensers.
