Share this mock-up with your end user customer.
If your customer wishes to proceed with the design and create an orderable sku, please return to this website and submit the Initiator Form, along with this mock-up image and the logo that you used to create it.
Once the Initiator Form has been submitted, an approval form will be generated for you to download.
Have the End User’s Key Decision Maker complete and sign the form.
Once signed, return the form to MockupRequests@GOJO.com
Within 3 business days, you will be contacted by a member of the GOJO Custom Brands team with a unique orderable sku# for your personalized product.
Place an order for the personalized sku using your normal GOJO ordering process.
Once the order is received and processed, lead time is 4 weeks + shipping.
