SMARTLINK™ Service Alerts

Smart Technology. Smart Service.
In today’s world, Environmental Services and Maintenance Staff are tasked with reducing costs while increasing productivity. PURELL SMARTLINK™ Service Alerts provides real-time monitoring of dispenser refill status, battery life and system health for proactive servicing that reduces touch-points and improves workflow.

PURELL SMARTLINK™ Service Alerts is a preventative maintenance system that continuously monitors hand hygiene dispensers and provides predictive analytics that lead to productivity improvements. The secure software web portal allows users to customize alerts and alarms that includes data on dispenser usage, estimated refill replacement dates, alarm status and history.

Environmental Services / Maintenance Staff can receive predictive alerts and alarms that direct them to only those dispensers that need attention. This improves efficiency in maintaining dispensers so those resources can be focused on other service needs. Medical Care Staff will have access to fully functioning dispensers, assuring product is available for critical hand hygiene events.

A recent case study completed by Altavita Village in Riverside, California implemented PURELL SMARTLINK™ Service Alerts, and resulted in these significant findings1:

Reduce Service Trips More Than 85%

  • Proactively servicing soap and sanitizer dispensers helps to eliminate unnecessary touchpoints and significantly reduces or eliminates complaints

Reduce Labor Time More Than 30%

  • Improves workflow by reducing time staff spends on servicing and allows focus on higher acuity areas of the facility

Reduce Refill Waste More Than 10%

  • Enhance inventory management and product utilization through continuously monitored refill levels
  • Help ensure refills are changed right when needed to reduce product waste or outages

PURELL SMARTLINK™ Service Alerts easily integrates with the SMARTLINK™ Activity Monitoring System.
