Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities

Manages a segment of the dispensing systems product category flowing into multiple market segments to meet the needs of targeted businesses across the enterprise. Leads cross-functional teams in the development and commercialization of strategic dispensing systems initiatives for the Enterprise.

Market Leadership

  • Definition, development and execution of dispensing system strategies and initiatives supporting long-term GOJO industry leadership and profitable sales growth.
  • Introduction of strategic dispensing systems that deliver long-term financial performance as planned from perspectives of sales revenue and project ROI.

  • Ability to multi-task across projects
  • Ability to integrate diverse project elements and considerations, then lead the enterprise in execution of complex project plans that extend over a period of years.
  • Application of effective project management processes and tools to support major dispensing systems initiatives.

Key Duties: 

  • Leads development and commercialization of major dispensing systems initiatives.
  • Scans needs and opportunities for dispensing systems performance across diverse sets of enterprise, channel and end-user customers. Analyzes data or information about strategic market needs.
  • Integrates GOJO, trade and end-user customer perspectives to develop effective product and marketing strategies.
  • Leads the cross-functional creation of clear project definition, strategies, and plans.
  • Applies enterprise-wide processes and tools for cross-functional participation in major dispensing systems development initiatives.
  • Works with Process/VR Leaders, sponsors, and functional leaders to allocate resources to projects. 
  • Collaborates with R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement, Market Research, vendors and others in dispensing system design and validation, as well as production plan development. 
  • Collaborates with Finance, Business Analysis, and Product Management functions and others to create effective multi-year business plans as part of dispensing systems initiatives. 
  • Collaborates with Business Teams, Sales, Marketing, Graphics, Operations, and Trade Marketing functions to develop and implement launch and commercialization plans for new dispensing systems
  • Monitors and coordinates flow of projects through the organization. Gathers information from all relevant sources to assess project process. 
  • Makes decisions and solves problems to keep strategic priorities on track.
  • Provides information to senior leadership and others regarding strategic products and project status.
  • Communicates with customers, and other external stakeholders about new product needs.
  • Builds interest internally and externally about dispensing systems opportunities.
  • Leadership in cross-functional planning and implementation of significant dispensing systems enhancements or re-designs.

Education and Experience Required

BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Business or related fields. MBA preferred. Product Management / Marketing experience is required for this job with five (5) to eight (8) years business experience preferably in marketing environment. Multiple market segment experience or commercial distribution experience, a plus. Basic computer/software skills.
