Jessica McCoy

Chief Solutions Officer, GOJO Industries

With twenty years of leadership experience in business development, product management, innovation management, and client services, Jessica McCoy is currently the Chief Solutions Officer for GOJO Industries. Jessica has a passion for creatively solving important human problems and bringing well-being solutions to customers and their patrons, patients, and employees. Her experience with GOJO ranges from building out the PURELL® product portfolio, helping to design the GOJO Innovation Management System, and extending the PURELL® brand into the surface disinfection category. The expansion of the PURELL® brand reflects the GOJO Purpose of Saving Lives and Making Life Better Through Well-Being Solutions.

In Jessica’s current role, she leads Market Development, Product Management, Marketing, Market Research, and Innovation Management. These integrated, cross-functional teams serve as centers of excellence for uncovering actionable insights, driving innovation and building powerful communication and activation plans.

Jessica received her bachelor’s degree in Marketing and International Business from The University of Akron and her MBA from Weatherhead School of Business, Case Western Reserve University.

Since February, demand for hygiene products – especially hand sanitizer and surface disinfectant – has been exponentially higher than any time in history. Throughout the pandemic, we have continually evolved our response to direct product to the most needed places. We first adapted our production capacity and distribution to meet increased demand from front line responders in healthcare, grocery, and U.S. military during lockdowns. Shortly after, we further adapted to the staggering demands of the post-lockdown economy that reopened businesses, schools, restaurants, and other institutions.
