Stephanie Schneider is the Chief Product Officer at GOJO and thrives on identifying customer insights and developing them into meaningful market-making innovation. She brings nearly 30 years of product design, development, and product management experience. Her leadership experience with GOJO includes multiple product and dispensing system launches enabling many to access hand hygiene when and where they need it most and delivering on the GOJO Purpose of “Saving Lives and Making Life Better Through Well-Being Solutions.”

In her current role, she leads the Product and Project Management teams responsible for all product categories P&Ls (soap, sanitizer, dispensing systems, and surface solutions), as well as creating future innovation from concept to development to launch. She also leads PURELL SMARTLINK and Internet of Things business, Sustainable Value, Market Research, and Innovation Management. These integrated teams work closely across the business to uncover actionable insights, drive innovation, and build meaningful communication and activation plans for our distributor partners and end users.

Prior to joining GOJO, Stephanie held positions at Procter & Gamble Haircare Research & Development, Rubbermaid Home Products, and FirstEnergy Solutions. Her career has focused on New Product Development, Products Research, and Product Management.

Stephanie has her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Indiana University, Bloomington. She is the Co-President of the Parent’s Association and serves on the Board of Trustees at a local independent high school. She enjoys Cleveland sports, local theatre and traveling.
