Jessica McCoy is Chief Marketing & Commercial Operations Officer at GOJO and thrives on understanding important human problems and bringing well-being solutions to customers and their patrons, patients, and team members. She comes to the table with more than twenty years of leadership experience in business development, product management, innovation management, marketing and client services. Her experience with GOJO ranges from building out the PURELL® product portfolio and helping design the GOJO Innovation Management System to extending the brand into the surface disinfection category.

In her current role, Jessica leads the Marketing and Commercial Operations teams charged with driving results through data and analytics, superior customer service and best-in-class integrated sales and marketing programs. Previously, Jessica led the GOJO Insights and Innovation Center, comprised of Market and Business Development, PURELL SMARTLINK and Internet of Things business, Product and Project Management, Sustainable Value, Market Research, Innovation Management, and Social and Behavioral Science. Jessica thrives on establishing teams that serve as a center of excellence for uncovering actionable insights, driving innovation, and building powerful communication and activation plans.

Jessica received her B.S. in Marketing and International Business from The University of Akron and her MBA from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Business. She serves on the Board of Directors for the American Cleaning Institute (ACI) and Schnee Learning Center. As a Northeast Ohio local, Jessica is happy to work and live in the community with husband and their two daughters. And, she’s always ready for their next travel adventure.
