Rich Clark is a seasoned leader and operations expert with a successful career spanning several decades in multiple industries. As the Head of Supply Chain at GOJO Industries, Rich plays a pivotal role in supporting the company's Purpose of Saving Lives and Making Life Better Through Well-Being Solutions for our valued customers.

Rich brings a wealth of experience and expertise to GOJO. He started his journey as a US Navy Officer, where, in addition to foundational leadership skills, Rich learned invaluable lessons in discipline, strategy, and teamwork. Over the years, Rich has held key leadership positions at some of the world's most respected companies, including Target, Coca-Cola Bottling Company Consolidated, and Frito-Lay. These roles equipped them with a diverse range of experiences in different industries, making him a versatile and dynamic leader.

At GOJO, Rich has held leadership roles in our SMARTLINK team, field operations team, and Supply Chain strategy team. During the 2020 pandemic, Rich played a pivotal role in GOJO's response to the crisis. In these roles and through these challenges, Rich has become known for his unwavering commitment to excellence, his passion for building organizational capability, and his customer-centric approach.

Rich proudly serves on the Akron Canton Regional Food Bank Board of Directors and is passionate about coaching and mentoring, having guided dozens of current and former colleagues on their leadership journeys.

Rich finds joy in tackling projects around the house and sharing quality time with his family.
