PRE-LAUNCH – Before you introduce the GOJO GREEN HYGIENE Solutions Program
- Make sure GOJO environmentally responsible hand hygiene products and dispensers are installed throughout your facility
- Develop a communication plan that incorporates the promotional tools provided by GOJO
- Learn about current views on hand hygiene with a pre-program survey so you can measure the impact later
- Download free posters to create hand hygiene awareness
LAUNCH – Announce the new GOJO GREEN HYGIENE Solutions Program to let everyone know about your focus on health, wellness and sustainability
- Hold launch event where employees can learn about the initiative
- Send a press release to local newspapers and publications
- Send an announcement email to employees
- Include program information in the company newsletter
- Display posters in key locations around building, break room, kitchen, copy room, etc.
ONGOING PROGRAM SUPPORT – After you’ve launched the program, you’ll want to make sure you continue to educate and remind everyone to maintain healthy hand hygiene habits
- Schedule monthly or quarterly email reminders
- Include hand hygiene articles in your company newsletter
- Send follow-up letters to supervisors and employees
- Include information on the program in your employee handbook
- Use the post-implementation survey (PDF) to gauge impact
- Communicate program results to management
